That is usually at Documents/My Games/Tabletop Simulator/Saves (see Save Game Data Location). If you received a save file from someone, then you place it in the location where your Save folder is. They do not contain asset files (images/models/etc). Importing Saves ¶Ī game save contains all of the information for the setup and placement of game assets that were created in that game. However, you can also import saved tables another way. I'm a noob when it comes to stuff like this and would appreciate some advice and guidance.Generally, you will use the Steam Workshop to find games to play within Tabletop Simulator. Is there a step by step guide on how and what I must do? Or maybe he had used lower resolution images. Thus each card is at a lower resolution compared to their original 300x420.
The cards are on a 2840x2800 with 7 rows and 10 columns. I am unsure as to whether the original author used the exact same ones and that the simulator had them resized to a smaller resolution because of limitations or what? I have all of the original card picture scans for the game, although they were at 300x420 resolution.
I'm trying to figure out why and whether if it's possible to make it so that the cards are less blurry when enlarged to view by pressing "ALT". I had been contacting the original author but he rarely ever responds or replies back to me. What exactly must I do or have to do to modify and edit the contents in the mod and then re-release and upload it? So any advice is much appreciated, thanks. So is there anyway I can complete edit mods from the workshop? I even wondered if I can make the resolutions of the cards a bit better, as I don't know if he used the original pictures that was first released as most of them were 300x420 pixels at the time, the cards tend to get blurry in game when I want to enlarge and view them by pressing " Alt". I'll even ask for the original author's permission if I can temporarily take over just to fix and update some stuff, that's if he doesn't mind. In other words, one of the cards had been duplicated as a front and that needs to be changed and fixed, and one of the cards are also missing and I have the picture or image of it, but I don't know how and what exactly is it that I have to do to update and add to this mod, and whether if it's possible.
